Alexander is responsible for underwriting real estate debt investments on behalf of Buchanan Mortgage Holdings. Prior to joining Buchanan Street, he worked at Farmers and Merchants Bank in the Specialty Lending Group. While at F&M Bank, he participated in the commercial credit training program which mainly focused on underwriting, risk analysis, and portfolio management. Alexander received a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in real estate and leadership from Chapman University.
