Andrew Felikian is responsible for investment analysis on multifamily acquisitions. Prior to joining Buchanan Street Partners, Andrew was an associate at Brookline Investment Group, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of multifamily properties across the US. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from Chapman University. He is an active member of ULI and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
