Chris Cervisi is responsible for sourcing, structuring and underwriting real estate debt investments on behalf of Buchanan Mortgage Holdings (BMH). Chris has over ten years of equity and debt experience across the major property types. Prior to joining Buchanan, he worked at Jupiter Holdings LLC where he was focused on acquisitions and asset management, including underwriting, market research, business plan formulation, reporting of fund investments, and dispositions.

Prior to joining Jupiter, Chris was a Workout Officer in the CRE Special Assets Group at Union Bank and completed its Commercial Credit Training Program. Chris received a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University, and is also a level 3 candidate for the CFA Designation.
