Jon Suddarth is responsible for sourcing self-storage development and acquisition opportunities within the Colorado, Pacific Northwest, and Northern California markets. Jon brings over 10 years of experience in the self-storage industry, having developed and acquired over 1.6 million square feet and 18,000 units. Prior to joining Buchanan Street, Jon served as a Principal of VanWest Partners, a Colorado based self-storage firm, as well as serving as a Vice President of Real Estate for the William Warren Group/ StorQuest Self Storage. Jon is a long-time member of the Colorado Self Storage Association (COSSA) Board and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas Summerfield School of Business, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver.
