Mark Oddo is responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, and ongoing asset management of fund investments. Mark has over 28 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Buchanan Street Partners, Mark led the asset management function for the institutional advisory group of Draper and Kramer, Inc. based in Chicago. He possesses a diverse professional background including construction management, lending, consulting and underwriting of institutional quality real estate located throughout the United States in all major real estate asset categories. Mark received a B.S. and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.
