Matt Haugen is responsible for sourcing equity investment opportunities in Orange County, San Diego, Houston and Dallas. Matt has 13 years of institutional real estate investment experience. In his 13 years with Buchanan Street Partners Matt has also been a lead analyst in the origination of over $500 million in debt placement business and the lead analyst in the asset management of principal investments valued at over $750 million.

Matt graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California. He is an active member of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group.
